  • No. Our out-of-hours clinic is not an emergency department. If you have chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, heavy bleeding, or any life-threatening symptoms, call 999 or go to A&E.

  • Most appointments last around 15–20 minutes, depending on the nature of your symptoms and whether further assessment or treatment is required.

  • Yes. If your GP believes further investigation is appropriate, they can refer you for imaging, blood tests or specialist review.

  • If you would like us to update your regular GP about your consultation, we can do so with your consent.

  • The clinic entrance is on Hollybank Road, just behind Permanent TSB and has free parking available.

  • If you prefer a remote appointment, our team can advise whether your symptoms are suitable for phone or video consultation. You may need to rebook depending on availability.

  • Yes. We can see both residents and visitors.

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change, and we want to make things as easy as possible for you.

    • You can cancel or reschedule your consultation, free of charge, if you let us know more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the full consultation fee will apply.
