Yes. Where medically appropriate, our doctors can issue treatment, medical certificates and referrals to further care during your consultation.
No. Our out-of-hours clinic is not an emergency department. If you have chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, heavy bleeding, or any life-threatening symptoms, call 999 or go to A&E.
Most appointments last around 15–20 minutes, depending on the nature of your symptoms and whether further assessment or treatment is required.
Yes. If your GP believes further investigation is appropriate, they can refer you for imaging, blood tests or specialist review.
If you would like us to update your regular GP about your consultation, we can do so with your consent.
The clinic entrance is on Hollybank Road, just behind Permanent TSB and has free parking available.
If you prefer a remote appointment, our team can advise whether your symptoms are suitable for phone or video consultation. You may need to rebook depending on availability.
Yes. We can see both residents and visitors.

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make things as easy as possible for you.
You can cancel or reschedule your consultation, free of charge, if you let us know more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the full consultation fee will apply.
