How Our Service Works: Easy-to-access Prescriptions In Three Simple Steps.

Request Your Prescription

Using our simple-to-use booking tool, you’ll be able to request your prescription in less than 5 minutes. Fill in our short questionnaire relating to your required prescription and we'll take it from there.

Step 2

Doctor Review

When you complete your prescription request, it will be reviewed by one of our Doctors. Once approved, they will complete your prescription and send it to your requested pharmacy.

Step 3

Get Your Prescription

We'll send your prescription via healthmail to your selected pharmacy, when you can pick it up same-day.

Our prescription service costs €25.
This service is available to patients anywhere in Republic of Ireland.
This service is based on the same patient-doctor confidentiality that you would expect in a face-to-face consultation.
If you’re not entirely sure about your condition and have not had a previous prescription, it is recommended that you first chat with our doctor using either our Video Consultation or Phone consultation services first.
You will be refunded within 24 hours of your prescription request, if the Doctor deems you unsuitable to receive the medication you have requested. In this instance we would advise you to seek an appointment with your own GP or one of our Doctors using either our Video Consultation or Phone consultation services.
Depending on your bank it may take several days to appear in your account.
Simply complete our secure online consultation form. One of our registered Irish doctors will review your submission and, if appropriate, issue a prescription which can be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.
Once your consultation is submitted, prescriptions are typically issued within 24 hours.

Please note that the Doctor may wish to ask you some additional questions prior to preparing your prescription and may call you on the number that you provide.
