Getting seen in our out-of-hours clinics is simple. Book a convenient location and time online, attend your appointment, and our Irish-registered doctors will provide assessment, treatment and advice — all outside regular surgery hours.

Arrive at the clinic a few minutes early and our team will check you in. A GP will examine your symptoms, answer questions, and guide you on the safest next steps.
Where appropriate, the GP may issue treatments, sick notes, or referrals. If further tests or emergency care are needed, you’ll be advised clearly and supported with next steps.

Rathmines Out Of Hours Doctor Clinic
Evening appointments available Monday–Friday and daytime appointments on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays at our clinic in Rathmines.

Our Out-of-Hours Clinics are located in Drumcondra and Rathmines, making it easy for patients across North and South Dublin to access care outside of regular GP hours.
This service is based on the same patient-doctor confidentiality that you would expect in a face-to-face consultation.
We recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability, particularly during busy evening and weekend periods.
However, depending on demand, walk‑in appointments may sometimes be accommodated. Booking online is the fastest way to secure a time.
Our doctors treat urgent but non-emergency medical issues such as infections, fevers, rashes, UTIs, minor injuries, stomach issues, headaches, and worsening symptoms that cannot wait until your usual GP reopens.
Yes, we can see and treat children for many urgent issues.
However, if a child has severe breathing difficulty, a rash with fever, unresponsiveness, or any life-threatening symptoms, please go to A&E or call 999 immediately.
Yes. We can see both residents and visitors. If you need a prescription, our GP can send it to a local pharmacy.
Yes. If your GP believes further investigation is appropriate, they can refer you for imaging, blood tests or specialist review.
If you would like us to update your regular GP about your consultation, we can do so with your consent.

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make things as easy as possible for you.
You can cancel or reschedule your consultation, free of charge, if you let us know more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the full consultation fee will apply.
