Our Doctors provide everyday services for common illnesses that don’t require a physical in-person examination, including:

• Stable medical conditions such as hypertension & high cholesterol.

• Coughs & colds.

• Joint or back pain.

• Sore throat.

• Upset stomach.

• Female urinary tract infections

• Skin & eye issues.

• Mild anxiety and low mood

Any condition that would normally require an in-person physical examination is not suitable for video consultations. These may include:

• Breast lumps

• Testicular lumps

• Ear symptoms

• Children under 1 with a temperature of more than 38 degrees.

• Broken bones

• Severe symptoms of any kind eg breathing issues, chest pain, headache, abdominal pain, confusion or bleeding

• Eye infections or injuries

• Queries where a test is required eg blood test or ECG

Please note, some conditions are not suitable for remote consultation and may require in-person assessment or ongoing monitoring.

Online Video/Telephone Consultations

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make things as easy as possible for you.

• You can cancel or reschedule your online video/telephone consultation, free of charge, if you let us know more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the full consultation fee will apply.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original credit or debit card and may take 1–10 working days to appear in your account.

Processing Refunds
